Welcome to Frankie's Aerial Classes

Offering private and semi-private aerial classes in Omaha, Nebraska. The apparatuses I teach are silks, hammock or sling, aerial hoop or lyra (both double point and single), mini aerial hoop, static trapeze, flying pole, stage pole, and bungee.

Indoor classes are held for 1-4 people at The Church /Art House at 3101 S. 20th Street. Outdoor classes for up to 2 people are available weather permitting, in my yard near the Old Market.

60-minute private aerial class for one person: $60

60-minute semi-private aerial class for 2-3 people: $75 (you and 2 of your friends)

60-minute semi-private aerial class for 4 people: $100 (you and 3 of your friends)

30-minute bungee class for 1 person: $30

30-minute bungee class for 2-4 people: $20/person

What should I wear to class?

Wear form-fitting athletic wear that allows for freedom of movement. Avoid loose clothing or jewelry that may get caught on equipment.

Are there classes for beginners?

Yes, we offer classes suitable for beginners as well as more advanced students. Our instructors will provide modifications to accommodate different skill levels.

Do I need any prior experience?

No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed to welcome all levels of fitness and experience.
